Booking Your Session:
Sessions at Recoverybox can be booked online through Fresha or the Fresha mobile app. Choose a time that suits you, and secure your private suite for the ultimate recovery experience.
Arriving at Recoverybox:
Arrive on time for your scheduled session, you may be required to wait for the room to be vacant. Sessions run on the hour. Please adhere to the specified session duration to allow for a smooth experience for all users.
The sauna is a great way to relax and rejuvenate your body. Simply enter the sauna, adjust the temperature to your preference, and enjoy the soothing heat. Remember to stay hydrated and limit your session to a recommended time.
